Domed name badges for staff and teams
A name badge with PU resin is a personal badge worn on clothing: name, job title or company logo under a clear, raised layer of polyurethane resin. The base is white or black acrylic, 2.5 or 3 mm thick.
They suit, for example, pharmacies and laboratories, hotel receptions, surgeries and clinics, showrooms, and airline crew and ground staff.
A magnetic fastening instead of a pin
The fastening has two parts: a metal plate with an adhesive layer, stuck to the back of the acrylic, and a double magnet in a plastic housing. The magnet goes on the inside of the garment and holds the badge through the fabric. There are no holes in jackets, aprons or shirts, and the badge can be moved to another outfit in seconds.
Every badge personalised
Each badge in a run can have a different name and job title with the same design. The shape is up to you, in sizes from 40x20mm to 100x80mm; the minimum size is set by the magnetic fastening, which the acrylic must cover.
