How to order domed stickers in 5 steps.
As a manufacturer of domed stickers, we handle your order from the first enquiry to dispatch. We need three things from you: the details for the quote, the artwork file and your approval before production.

Step 1
Send an enquiry
Give us the size, quantity and product type, and attach your logo or design. We reply within 1 working day with a quote in net EUR, with no obligation and valid for 30 days.

Step 2
Send the print file
We accept PDF, AI, EPS and CDR (up to version 2025) files: text converted to curves, 1:1 scale, bleed of at least 1 mm. We usually round the corners ourselves.

Step 3
Approve the proof
Before production, you receive a digital proof for approval.
Sample
If you are not sure how your sticker will look or how it will hold on your surface, you can order a sample first: a few pieces made from your design. The sample is paid for separately.

Step 4
Production on our own machines
We print, plotter-cut and dome the stickers with resin on a dispensing machine. The resin cures for about 2 days. We check every batch before dispatch. The whole process usually takes 5–10 working days after proof approval.

Courier delivery
Stickers are shipped on sheets. We ship by courier to EU countries and the UK, and the shipping cost is included in your quote.
How to prepare artwork?
On domed stickers, graphics work better than text, so avoid large blocks of copy. The resin deepens the colours, so designs with clear graphics and strong contrast look best.
